"I have a classic car that I’ve attempted to take to several other shops with no other mechanic even caring to attempt to diagnose the car. When I heard of the new owners of Auto Air, I went in and spoke with Jeremy and was able to drop the car off same day, with the repairs completed in less than 24 hours, having the car back on the road. Jeremy listened to my concerns and addressed them just as I wanted without any attempt of upselling. This classic car is a driver and not a show car, so having it in operable condition without the upsells of making it perfect are exactly what I needed. I will be taking the classic car and my daily cars back to Jeremy for sure!"

"I took my Tahoe to Dellen in Greenfield to see if my A/C issue would be covered under warranty. Unfortunately, it wasn’t, and I was quoted $2,800 for the repair. I called and spoke with Larry on Monday, and he was able to get the cost down to $1,400. He got me scheduled for Wednesday and said it would only take a day. I received a call Wednesday evening around 5:30 letting me know it was finished. The A/C is working great! Larry was very helpful, and I appreciate the quick turnaround and excellent service. Highly recommend Auto Air & Heating, Inc and Larry for getting my car in fast and affordable!"

"This is an amazing Shop! I spoke with the owner Larry over the phone before I brought my vehicle in. He was more than gracious with answering my questions and any and all concerns I had. He worked on my vehicles air conditioning unit and I couldn't be happier! This place holds integrity and customer service to the highest level! I live in Franklin township but work in Greenwood, New Palestine was a little out of the way but, for this type of customer service and attention to detail, it's worth the beautiful country commute until you arrive! I would absolutely recommend this shop to anyone who needs car repairs or maintenance! There's a reason why he's been in business so long!"
